Ladies and gentlemen, do you know how much money your Sunday paper can save you? This last Sunday there were 4 different inserts. The most I have see in a long time. And the savings are awesome. I went to CVS on Sunday to start my savings this week. I purchased:

I know I could have done two seperate transactions and had less OOP, however I like to have a little ECB's in my pocket. I love CVS for their great deals and money back.

I also received some free mouthwash from their August Special. Not bad for items I used to spend the regular retail price on!

One Touch Ultra

If you know someone with Low blood sugar, last Sunday's paper has a One touch ultra coupon for 20.oo off.... Walgreens, CVS, and Riteaid are all under that price. YOU can get it free. It is portable, and comes in different colors. Check out Riteaid's Rebates, all through the month of August you can get rebated for things you use and have coupons for. CVS has a great DVD that you can make 3 times and get all of your money back on. Take any picture CD, or pics, from your camera and you can put up to 60 pictures, and a song on your CD. This is a great deal this week. Next week I should have more to post on. I have had tons of company and not much time to do all of this. happy end of summer to you all! My kids go back to school in 4 days!

You can do this twice. A few weeks ago there was a 3.00 off coupon, which I happened to save for just this type of deal. Walgreens Razor Sharp

Walgreens has Schick Quattro Razors on sale for 4.99, and Schick Xtreme 3 for men on sale for 4.99. In the 7-13 insert there is a B1G1 Free coupon, and about 3 weeks ago there was a coupon for 2.00 off any Schick product. Walgreens also has a coupon that expires 7/26 for 2.00(limit one).

Thanks to the Sunday paper, and Rite Aid I was able to stock up on several different FREEBIES.

Advil 20 ct. Geltabs 4.69 In the Rite aid weekly ad there is a 4.00 off coupon, this can be paired with your 2.00 off coupon in the 7-13 insert.

Electrasol geltabs 3in1 on sale for 2.99. In 7-13 insert there is a great, wonderful, awesome 2.25 off coupon! Plus Rite aid has a 2.00 Rebate on this item.

Lysol Wipes B1G1 (rite aid special) B1G1 7-13 insert, plus 1.00 off coupon from coupons.com if you buy 2.

Lysol Neutra Air aerosal spray B1G1 (rite aid special), B1G1 7-13 insert, plus 1.00 off coupon in a Sunday paper a few weeks back.(I didn't write down the date sry)

Rite aid has some wonderful specials and great opportunities to save you money, with hundreds of rebates.

Kroger savings!

Today I really felt great about my Kroger shopping trip. My total balance was 176.08. My total savings.... $95.05. That was all in the same shopping trip. The Enterainment Book was a great source of savings today. It had 15% off coupon for the month of July. Along with my other coupons it really saved me a lot of money. Of course I used this one first to maximize my savings, and then I used my coupons. Total 30.55 in Mnf. coupons, 1.95 in doubles coupons, 62.55 in store coupons and kroger plus card savings. That included my 15% discount with the kroger coupons. The coupon paid for the whole book, which was free with my 2009 order, and there are so many other great coupons to take advantage of before this year is over. Not only did I get two weeks or more worth of groceries, I got a Venus Razor (ecoupons and sunday incerts), Toilet paper, two packs of batteries(duracell), Johnsons Baby soap, Downy Fabric Softner and much much more. Look for the savings! Save your money for a rainy day, or a sunny vacation. It is so easy! Your family will appreciate it, and you will find yourself being able to buy NameBrand Items that you normally would not have purchased.

There is a coupon in this weeks paper for B1G1, I think this will work together, and you may even be able to find another coupon from a few weeks ago for always and get a discount on the second item. If you use coupons you can probably follow this advice. I am still learning myself and will try in future posts to be more clear.

There is a coupon for $2 off ribbons body wash, and it is on sale at Ingles for 2.98, this stuff smells so good, It is by Olay. So for .98, you can indulge in some smell good.

In last weeks paper there were coupons for Duracell .75, Also you can load up your Kroger card on P&G's ecoupons where there is a $2 coupon, The batteries are 2 packs for $6, Kroger will let you buy one pack for $3, so you could get a pack of batteries for .25! Who doesn't need batteries!
Another good deal on the E-coupons is for the Venus Razor, In this weeks Sunday paper there was a $2 off coupon, and your e-coupons will give you an additional $3 off. Thats a savings of $5. Wait until they go on sale and you could get it practically free.

I hope this helps some of you out there save a little money on the items you already use, or just to help you stockpile a bit.

OK ladies and gentlemen, Walgreens wants so very badly for all of us to brush our teeth. They are going to help us in more ways than one. In this weeks Sunday paper there is a coupon for B1G1 Oral B Cross Action Tooth Brushes. If you buy one at Walgreens they give you the price of $5.50 back. How great is that? These savings are in the form of register rewards. So with your coupon, you get one free and you get your money back to buy something else in the store. Maybe some refills for the toothbrush. Or whatever your heart desires within the $5.50 range. All in all it is a great deal. You will be set on your toothbrushes for a minute, or maybe you know someone to gift it to. Walgreens is full of rebates on items as well. You should really check out their weekly specials and clip your local coupons.

Ok everyone!!!!

Walgreens has a great coupon $5 off 20. Go to walgreens.com and print your coupon. You have to spend 20 after your coupons, but you can also get register rewards which print out coupons for your next visit. As you enter the store grab their flyer and their rebate book. They have a rebate on Theragran, these are multivitamins. If you ask the pharmacist for a coupon, you should find one for $4, off. Then get your rebate form out of the June green book. The price for the vitamins is 4.99. Less coupon, .99. Less rebate, +4.00. Make a little money, and take your vitamins. Walgreens has different weekly specials, and if you pair these with your Sunday paper, and/or your online coupons you are in for some real savings. This can be fun and save you a ton of money. Enjoy shopping. That coupon is for Friday the 13th only.... but rest assured they have something going on every week. So dooo dooo dooo doooo Happy Friday the 13th....

Now to tell you about me. I am 31, happily with mi amor, I have 3 beautiful children and I work part time outside my house for a graphic design company. I live in the mountains, and I cannot have a garden because the deer eat everything... even my jalepenos. They are beautiful though.
